The target audience for AgileSHIFT training is those who are directly affected by the proposed change and also those in support positions who can support, influence and enable the transitional success.

Certification Information

A PeopleCert® exam voucher will be provided. The exam is closed book and 45 minutes duration. There are 33 questions, and a passing grade is 60%.

This Learning Tree training course features the Take2 re-sit exam option. In the case of an unsuccessful result, you can retake the exam within six months of your first try.

AgileSHIFT has been developed and proven in five countries, with the support of major institutional clients including federal and local governments and world leading organizations, from sectors such as professional services, telecommunications and retail. Agile subject matter experts from around the world were also heavily involved in its development.

Enterprise agility is the ability to move and adapt quickly across the whole organization in response to shifting customer and market needs. To do this, organizations need to leverage their technology, people and assets. While agile is mostly concerned with how an organization delivers its products and services and implements change, enterprise agility is an organization-wide mindset. Agility must be present not only in the delivery parts of the organization but also in all parts that support those who deliver.

To achieve the AgileSHIFT certification, you must take the exam provided at the end of the course and get above a 60%.

You will be provided with an exam voucher for the exam and a link to register and schedule your online exam session with the PeopleCert web proctoring service. You will take your exam after you have completed your training course.

For publicly scheduled course events, Learning Tree will set up the Take2 option for all attendees when we order your exam voucher. If you aren’t successful on your first exam, you will be notified by PeopleCert that you are eligible to register for the exam retake.

Though exam vouchers can cost hundreds, there is no additional cost to you to sign up for the Take2 re-sit program. Take2 is an additional complimentary benefit offered to you by Learning Tree.

Yes, you must re-sit the exam within six months of your initial exam.
