Steve Adolph is a Strategic Advisor at Scaled Agile, where he pursues his passion for improving people’s working lives by helping organisations work differently and build the future.
Steve has been in the industry longer than he cares to admit, beginning his career as an engineer building systems such as telephone switches and railway signaling systems. In the late 1990s, he transitioned into management, where he developed a deep interest in how organisational culture and ways of working influence enterprise outcomes.
He has spent nearly 15 years helping organisations adopt and scale SAFe to improve business agility. Steve has authored numerous papers on agility, software engineering, and analysis, and is the author of several books, including The Rock Crusher.
He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT).
