The individuals can demonstrate their understanding and application of the key concepts covered in the five ITIL Management Practices at both strategic and operational levels, maximising value from these practices. These are namely: ITIL 4 Change Enablement Practice, ITIL 4 Deployment Management Practice, ITIL 4 Release Management Practice, ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management Practice, and ITIL 4 IT Asset Management Practice.

This combined practice course is aimed towards validating the skills and knowledge of professionals seeking to establish a good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams, and who are looking to attain ITIL Practice Manager designation.  

To achieve the ITIL 4 Practice Manager designation, you will need to have completed 5 individual practices plus the ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support module, or you will need to have completed the 3-day bundled or combined module (like the course offered on this page) plus the ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support module. 

For publicly scheduled course events, Learning Tree will set up the Take2 option for all attendees when we order your exam voucher. If you aren’t successful on your first exam, you will be notified by PeopleCert that you are eligible to register for the exam retake. 

Though exam vouchers can cost hundreds, there is no additional cost to you to sign up for the Take2 re-sit program. Take2 is an additional complimentary benefit offered to you by Learning Tree. 

Yes, you must re-sit the exam within six months of your initial exam.
