COVID‐19 (Coronavirus)

In response to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on COVID-19, we would like to share the actions Learning Tree International are taking to ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for customers, staff and instructors, both in Learning Tree and onsite client facilities. We cannot predict the full extent of the outbreak; however, by taking these measures we are confident in being able to mitigate the impact on the delivery of our services over the coming months.

We will continue to monitor the progression of the virus globally and continue to take the appropriate steps in order to limit the impact for all concerned.

Responsibilities:

Learning Tree International has created a special task team that have taken the following actions:

Education Centers & Learning Tree Offices:

Best practice advice from the CDC in relation to coronavirus has been shared to our global team and Instructor force. We have also put in place the following measures at our offices and Education Centers:

  • CDC advice poster placed offices and classrooms
  • Cleaning team briefed
  • Hand sanitiser units, tissues and anti-bacterial wipes made available in all fixed classrooms and office areas
  • Boxes of tissues and extra Anti-bacterial wipes placed around the office and in every classroom

Learning Tree Employees and Instructors:

Learning Tree have identified whether any employees or instructors have traveled from any of the affected countries/regions (listed above) within the last 14 days (incubation period). Those identified have been asked to self-quarantine at their home location for 14 days, with employees working remotely and instructors restricted to virtual classroom delivery only during this time.

Learning Tree Customers – Virtual Delivery Option:

For customers who are currently enrolled on to a training event who have a concern about in-class attendance or in self-quarantine we will provide an option for them to join remotely via our virtual classroom platform. The transition to virtual attendance for both public course attendance, as well as private team training events, is quick and easy with limited impact on the customer experience.

Customers should contact our customer service department with any questions or wishing to convert to remote or virtual delivery option. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-THE-TREE, 888-843-8733.
