Prepare to achieve the APMG Change Management™ Foundation and Practitioner certifications in this training course. As a certified Change Management Practitioner, you will demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in managing change in an organisation, including how people deal with change, the different types of organisational change, and how to work with stakeholders during a change initiative.

Recommended Experience

  • Previous change management experience is helpful

Homework/Preparation

  • A minimum of 15 hours of pre-course reading is required, with the following materials, which will be sent three weeks in advance: "The Effective Change Manager's Handbook" and "The Learning Tree Pre-Course Study Guide"
  • Two hours of home study are required after each course day

Exam Information

  • There is an additional fee of 2 000 SEK excl. VAT for taking the Foundation Exam and 3 000 SEK excl. VAT for taking the Practitioner Exam
  • The APMG Change Management Foundation exam is taken on the fourth day of class
  • Passing the Foundation exam is required to take the Practitioner exam on the fifth and final day of class
