Sandra Kelly provides consulting expertise in IT Service Management to various clients in the DC Metro area. Prior to consulting and training, Sandra held a range of positions ranging from database administration to senior management positions in a large financial institution.
Sandra holds the ITIL V2 Service Manager, ITIL V3 Expert, and ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL Strategic Leader certifications. She is an author of many Learning Tree International courses including ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Digital and IT Strategy, ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) Transition and MP modules.
