Who Should AttendThose specialising in Change Management and IT professionals who wish to extend or formalise their knowledge of the Change Analyst role. The ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate (or v2-v3 bridge equivalent) is required to attend this course and take the Change Analyst Qualification exam on the final day.

- The Change Analyst Certification earns 1.5 credits toward the ITIL Expert Certification.
- Course fee includes the exam.
- Approximately 1 hour of home study each evening.
